Samuel Moreau is a lawyer at the Paris Bar and specializes in tax and corporate law. He advises French and international companies and groups of companies on legal and tax matters in the context of their recurring and exceptional operations: investments, financing operations, structuring of sales or external growth.

His clients are mainly French or international companies or groups of companies that he advises both in the context of their recurring operations (day-to-day legal and tax assistance, contracts, etc.) as well as for their exceptional operations: investments, financing operations (private debt or capital), rationalization of structures and flows, reorganizations and structuring of divestment or external growth operations, setting up partnerships, mergers…
