René Ledru

René Ledru is a lawyer at the Paris Bar. His practice is mainly devoted to customs law, international trade regulations, indirect taxation and commercial law. He acts in these areas both as counsel and in litigation in all types of proceedings (civil, criminal, commercial, administrative) before the French and European courts.

His files are shared in a balanced manner between the litigation and the board. Its clientele consists mainly of companies (multinationals and SMEs from all sectors of activity) but also individuals in the area of customs and criminal business litigation.

At the litigation level, he assists his clients before all French courts (civil, criminal and administrative courts), European (Tribunal and Court of Justice of the European Union) and with independent administrative authorities such as the Committee on Tax, Customs and Foreign Exchange Litigation, INPI, etc.

René has worked in leading international law and consulting firms, including, like all the founding partners, Arthur Andersen. Then he co-founded LEDRU – MOREAU AVOCATS with Samuel Moreau.

René Ledru is a member of the European Customs Counsel Network.
